The bot menu will help you better organize your content, and it will be faster and more convenient for subscribers to access it.

The menu consists of commands - "requests" to the bot to perform some action. For example, add a subscriber to a product or send him a step.

To open the menu, click on the button of the same name in the lower left corner of the screen or type the “/” symbol in the message entry field:

To create and customize a menu:

1. Go to the "Settings" section:

3. Click the Add button to add a new command:

4. Enter a team name. You can use up to 30 characters: English letters, numbers and "_":

There are three types of actions:

"Add to product" - the subscriber will be added to the selected product.

“Send step” — a step from the selected product will be sent to the subscriber.

If the “Send only to subscribers from the product” option is enabled, the step will be sent only to those subscribers who have access to the product. Subscribers outside the product will by default receive the message "No access" or any other text that you write in the field that appears.

"Open navigation" - the subscriber will open the navigation, thanks to which he will be able to conveniently navigate between products, modules and steps.
