Whitepay and Zenedu integration is available for sole proprietors and legal entities

If you are an individual, you can also create a merchant, but you will not be able to use API integration.

How to create a merchant

To create a Whitepay merchant, you need to:

2. Fill out the registration form

3. An email will be sent to confirm your registration

4. Log in with the created login and password

5. You will see your demo account

6. You will be contacted by a Whitepay support employee and added to a separate onboarding chat

7. Depending on the form and country of registration of the company, you will be sent a KYB/KYC questionnaire for a Ukrainian sole proprietorship or LLC, which you need to fill out, as well as prepare a list of necessary documents specified at the end of the questionnaire

8. After the successful registration and submission of all documents (Whitepay's legal department considers applications up to 5 working days), a crypto acquiring license agreement is signed and the workspace is activated


How to connect Whitepay to Zenedu

To obtain an API key, you need to enable 2FA (two-factor authentication) in the Settings → Security section. To do this, you can use the Google Authenticator application

To connect Whitepay to Zenedu, you need to:

  1. Go to your Whitepay account and select SettingsTokens and generate an API key:

    After that, you will see a window with the API key

  2. Do not close this page, we will need to enter this data on the platform.

2. Go to Account SettingsPayment Methods on the Zenedu platform and click Add:

3. Enter a name for this payment method and select the type Whitepay:

4. Fill in all the fields in the window that appears and click the Add button:

5. You can get Slug in the section Payment pages

6. You can get a Webhook token in the section Payment pages - Webhooks

To do this, you first need to copy the Webhook URL on Zenedu

After copying the Webhook URL, you need to paste it into Whitepay in the Payment Pages - Webhooks section

You will then receive a notification with the Webhook token

Also be sure to activate all accesses and click Save

Important! The generated Webhook token must be inserted in the Payment Methods section on Zenedu
