With this section you can customize rules when performing various actions. This will help you automate routine tasks in a few clicks.

For example, you need a message to be sent after writing a keyword, or a user to be removed from the funnel after being added to a product


How to set up

  1. Go to the Automations section and click Add Automation

2. In the When field, select the trigger to trigger the automation

3. In the Then field, select the action that will occur after the trigger is executed

4. Click Save

If necessary, the automation can be stopped


Advanced automations

On the Pro plan you have more advanced automations available to you:

  • order not paid

  • assignment not submitted

  • button not clicked

For each of the events, you can customize the amount of time they are outstanding.

For example, if a task has not been completed in 1 hour, you can send a message reminding you that the task is pending
