Conditions allow you to make more flexible settings in automations. With this customization, automations will be able to trigger only under certain conditions.

For example: the automation will only trigger if the subscriber is in a specific funnel / product / channel / group or they were active in the bot today.

1. Go to the Automation section and click on the desired automation

2. In the If field, select the conditions for triggering the automation

3. Specify the required parameters for the condition

4. Click Save

If necessary, you can add several conditions. To do this, click on Add condition
