With this feature, you can conduct single or multiple-choice audience surveys, segment subscribers based on their choices, and build personalized trajectories for them in funnels and products.
How to set up
1. Click Add a step in a product or funnel
2. Select the Survey step type
3. Specify the question and answer options
The question text should be no longer than 300 characters
By default, users can only select one answer. If you want users to be able to select multiple answers, activate the Multiple Answers toggle switch
4. If necessary, create a field to save the user's reply. All replies will be displayed in the subscriber's profile
