Ask people questions with the possibility of a free-form answer. This way you can collect not only feedback, but also, for example, email and phone number of subscribers.
A total of 5 answer types are available for a question - text, number, email, phone, link
How to set up
1. Click Add a step in a product or funnel
2. Select the Question step type
3. Write your question
4. Go to the Question section
5. Select the desired response type
6. Specify the text that will be sent if an incorrect answer is entered
7. Create a field to save the user's response
8. Specify the field name, type and, if necessary, description
9. Click Save
How to delete a field
To delete the field, go to Bot Settings → Subscriber Profile
