How Product Access Time Works
You can give subscribers access to the product for a certain time.
After this time passes, they will lose access to content "from the future": they will not be able to receive steps and open product navigation in the menu.
To block access to content “from the past” for subscribers, enable automatic deletion of steps in the product settings. Then they will not be able to view the steps previously sent to the chat.
There are four options for product access times:
Indefinitely - subscribers will never lose access
For N days - access will be opened to subscribers for a specified number of days
Until the exact date - access will be opened to subscribers before the specified date
Without access - access will be instantly closed for subscribers
How to limit access time for new subscribers
To limit product access time for all new subscribers:
1. Open the product to which you want to limit access time:
2. Go to the «Settings» section:
3. Select the "Access" setting:
4. In the window that opens, set the access time for the product and click "Save":
Important: if the specified date is in the past, the time of access to the product will automatically change to "Without access".
How to limit access time for current subscribers
To limit product access time for current subscribers:
1. Go to the "Subscribers" section and filter the desired group of subscribers:
2. Select all filtered subscribers:
3. Click Mass Actions → Change Product Access Time:
4. Select the product for which you want to change the access time and set a new product access time for the selected subscribers:
6. Click on the "Save" button:
How to limit access time for a specific subscriber
To limit product access time for a specific subscriber:
1. Go to the subscriber's profile and click ⁝ next to the desired product:
2. Select "Access Time":
3. In the window that opens, set the access time for the product:
4. Click on the "Save" button:
