How to add a step
1. Open the product you want to add a step to:
2. Click on the "Add" button:
3. Select the step type if you have a «Bot» product
4. Fill the step with content and customize it:
Important: You can upload only one type of file as an attachment per step.
If your step is in a «Mini App» product, you can immediately add here separately:
video (upload your own or insert a link) in the «Video» section
add materials (PDF, audio, text document, image, video, tables)
5. Click "Save":
How to edit a step
In the step editor you can:
1. Fill the step with content
Add title, text, attachments and buttons
2. Customize step Status
If the step status is “Active”, the step will be sent to subscribers, and if it is “Stopped”, it will not be sent:
Link preview. Show link preview in chat with bot or not:
Only for a «Bot» product.
Sending time. When the step is sent to subscribers: instantly, after a while, on the exact date, on the exact day, never:
Only for a «Bot» product.
3. Perform actions in increments
Preview. The step will be sent to you by the bot in the same form in which it will be sent to subscribers:
Send. The step will be sent to the selected subscribers instantly or at the specified time:
Duplicate. The product will create a copy of the step with the same content and settings:
Delete. The step and all information associated with it will be permanently deleted:
