How to choose link behavior

Track clicks — the subscriber follows a Zenedu link. We count clicks, apply the selected tags, and run automations configured for the click. This mode is selected by default for new link buttons.

To apply a tag when the subscriber follows the link, select it in Tags when following the link. Learn more in Adding tags through buttons.

Open directly — the subscriber opens the specified address immediately. We recommend this option for links to a Telegram channel, chat, or bot. Clicks are not counted, tags are not applied, and automations triggered by the click do not run.

In direct mode, the tags field is hidden. Tags you have already selected are retained and reappear when you switch back to Track clicks.
