What attachments can be added to a step
You can add an image, GIF animation, video, audio, file, sticker, voice or video message up to 2 GB to a step. If you want to add files up to 4 GB in size, you should connect Telegram Premium.
How to add attachments to a step
1. Open the step where you want to add attachments:
2. In the "Attachments" block, click the "Add" button:
3. Your bot will open in the Telegram application for your computer. Click on the "Start" button in the bot:
4. Send or forward the desired attachment to the bot:
If you want to add multiple attachments, send them to the bot in one message, after selecting the option "Combine photos into an album" on macOS or "Group" on Windows:
5. Return back to the browser. The content sent to the bot will appear in Attachments:
6. If you want the text and attachments to be sent in one message, turn on the "Send with text" toggle switch:
Restrictions on adding attachments
You can add in one step:
Images, videos, files, audio - up to 10 attachments
GIFs, stickers, voice or video messages - 1 attachment
Length of one message: up to 4,096 characters.
The length of one message if you send text instead of with an attachment and activate the "Send with text" toggle switch is 1024 characters
If you want to send multiple attachments in one step, do not enable the "Send with text" toggle switch. Due to the Telegram restriction, you will not be able to do this, and you will get an error when saving the step.
Images and videos can be combined together, but files and audio cannot.
