Product types in Zenedu

Updated in the last hour

In Zenedu, you can create products in two formats: “Mini App” and “Bot.”

Both formats help you sell and deliver content, but they do it differently — depending on your goals and tasks.

What’s the difference:

  • Mini App — the user chooses what to view; focuses on structure and access to all content

  • Bot — you guide the user along a predefined path; focuses on sequence and interaction

Product “Mini App”

This format allows your content to be accessed as a mini app inside Telegram.

Users get access to a personal dashboard where all products and materials are collected.

How it works:

  • Opens as a standalone app

  • Includes a menu, sections, and structured layout

  • All products are in one place

  • Easy navigation between lessons

  • Your subscriber can watch lessons and receive materials directly within the app

When to use:

  • You have a clear product program

  • It’s important for the user to access all materials within the app

  • You need a neat, structured format

  • You want to enhance the feeling of having your own product/platform

This is all about convenience and a systematic approach to video-based learning.

This format delivers content directly to the user via a Telegram bot chat.

You can create workflows, release lessons step by step, and manage interaction logic.

How it works:

  • Content is delivered as messages

  • You can set the sequence of lessons

  • Uses buttons and scripted flows

  • Easy to integrate into a funnel

  • You can add images, voice notes, homework, quizzes, and polls

When to use:

  • You guide the user step by step according to your logic and schedule

  • Retention through interaction is important

  • You need to give students homework, quizzes, and questions
