Why bot menu is needed
With bot menu, subscribers can easily find and view content from any product. On one screen, without endless scrolling through the chat.
Menu is especially relevant when you have enabled automatic deletion of steps from the correspondence with the subscriber in your product.
How to create bot menu
To create a product navigation in menu:
1. Add a new command to the menu and select the "Open product menu" action:
2. Select one or more products to be displayed in menu:
3. Click "Save":
How to set up bot menu
To set up navigation for products, modules, and steps, click on "Additional settings":
Product navigation
To set up product navigation:
1. If necessary, change the text that will be displayed when choosing a product:

3. Select the visibility of products for subscribers:
The following product visibility options are available:
All — the subscriber will have access to all products from the list
Available to the subscriber - only those products to which he has access will be available to the subscriber
If necessary, change the text for subscribers who do not have available products:
Module navigation
If modules have been added to the product, selecting this product in the navigation will display a list of modules:
If there are no modules in the product, then when you select this product in the navigation, a list of steps will be displayed:
