If you have completed the required steps, but the group or channel does not appear on the platform, follow these steps:
1. Click "Add Channel or Group":
2. Select the type of community you want to connect:
You will see the following message displayed:
3. Go to your community and add your bot to the community admins:
4.Grant the bot all permissions and click "Save" :
Once all permissions have been granted, your community will be displayed on the platform:
