How to set up payment recovery

If your subscriber has not completed the payment process - you can set up to send a notification reminding them to pay.

This is how the notification looks like:

You can change the text, or you can leave it as default.


In order to enable payment notifications you must:


1. Go to the Offers section:

2. Select the tariff in which you want to configure this function:

3. Go to the tariff settings:

4. Find the Payment recovery section:

5. Choose where the reminder will be - in bot or email and click on No:


6. In the pop-up window, select In:

7. Specify the time after which the notification will be sent:


8. Click Done

Now in case of unsuccessful payment, subscribers will receive a reminder notification.
